This year Streetrockaz will organize a Wall of fame during Sail 2010. Sail is the biggest harbour event in Holland and will take place from August 19 to 22 in the Port of Amsterdam. With the help of the folks at Henxs and Montana94 there will be a new artwork created  everyday on a temporary wall of 12 by 3 meters. The artwork will be made as one art piece consisting out both canvas and hard wall. The canvases will be taken off at the end and will be a permanent proof of the art that is made.

Participants will come together on the Saturday of August 14th in the Mix Academy for a design session. The complete wall design will be made under the guidance of Het IJzerengordijn and Ipaintwithlove.

The project is made possible by: Streetrockaz, Het ijzerengordijn, MIX Academy Henxs, Ipaintwithlove, Montana94, SJA and SAIL

Graffiti artists interested in participating have until August 11 to sign up. Send a portfolio and your particulars to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it More information can be found on www.streetrockaz.nl (in dutch) or trough email.

Review // Early New York Subway Graffiti

Monday, 28 September 2009 21:19

We wrote a review on Early New York Subway Graffiti 1973-1975, a must have book for every graffiti enthusiast.

The beautiful book, by Keith Baugh, contains so many never seen before gems you will be amazed and the quality of the pictures is off the hook.

Tons of old skool graff legends are represented, most notably Blade, Cliff 159 and Vamm.

"This book is the real deal... old school nostalgia!" Blade
